I love early morning church meetings, except when I stay up late on Saturday night, which I did!
My first week of summer vacation has come and gone and I must say there was very little done that I could call "constructive". You could say that I "constructively" put my feet up on the table and watched a few movies. You might say I "constructively" read a good book by John Grisham, one of Dad's favorite authors too! You could say that I "constructively" browsed the aisles at WalMart and KMart to see if there was anything I couldn't live without - there wasn't! AS you can see, it was a very lazy week, but a relaxing one!
Roadshow practice continues this week with the final performances being on Friday and Saturday. If you didn't know, I've been accompanying the music via piano for our ward's youth Olio from the 1920's. It has been a treat to see the kids really pull it together!
I took Dallas to the park a couple of times. I went to check on a friend who had chemo. One adventure yesterday - I was cleaning the dining room table and heard a huge CRASH in my bedroom. When I investigated, I discovered one of the shelves in my closet collapsed and everything on it was now on the floor - what a mess! So I cleaned up and tried to fix it but to no avail. So I've asked someone in my ward who has built houses and used to install cabinets to come and take a look at it to see what he can do. Sigh......such is life and it should be soon usable.
Have a super week!

Road Show is just a few days away--good luck!!!!!!!!! And your week sounds like a 'fill my own bucket' kind of week. Those are important, too!
P.S. One of my stressors when you called was looking for a set of records for David from his scout troop activities in Mexico...guess what, I found it! Yippee!
